The Company reported total revenue of $233,721 in the second quarter ended December 31, 2003, relating to sales of its HDI/PulseWave™ CR-2000 Research CardioVascular Profiling System, “per-patient-tested” revenue derived from the CVProfilor® DO-2020 System, and service/contract income. Revenue in the prior year’s comparable second quarter totaled $227,754. The Company incurred a net loss of $(544,684) in the quarter ended December 31, 2003, or $(.02) per share, compared with a net loss of $(901,329) in the quarter ended December 31, 2002, or $(.12) per share. For the six month period ended December 31, 2003, total revenue was $482,619, compared to $346,816 for the same period one year ago. For the six month period ended December 31, 2003, the Company incurred a net loss of $(1,001,869), or $(.05) per share, compared with a net loss of $(1,878,080), or $(.26) per share, for the same period one year ago. The Company reported a cash balance on December 31, 2003 of $1,078,381.
